This market leading organisation is actively seeking an experienced HR Advisor/generalist to join their exciting and dynamic business in a fast paced and high volume sector, at a truly exciting time for the business.

The role is based on an incredible and interesting site, and is unquestionably a role that could provide a launchpad for a commercial career in HR - typically a role of this nature would suggest a future in Business Partnering. In a busy and change driven organisation, the entire company is undertaking a forward thinking strategic project that this candidate will be heavily involved in helping to deliver at a site level. It's a flat structured team, and one that will see this person exposed to some highly experienced and impressive HR leaders so those who want to progress will be given every opportunity here.

The role will be varied and require the candidate be highly proactive, flexible and to 'roll their sleeves up', ideally with experience of working in a small team environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a point of contact to managers and colleagues by providing generalist support and advisory services in relation to any queries, policies and basic points of employment law.
• Ensuring data held on Group HR systems for site are accurate and up to date.
• Providing timely HR reports and responding to ad hoc data requests.
• Supporting employee life-cycle activities including recruitment projects, on boarding, training, pay reviews and leavers process.
• Supporting key business wide HR projects.
