- Help with recruitment: post job ads, arrange interviews, and prepare new starter paperwork.
- Keep employee records up to date and confidential.
- Support payroll by checking timesheets and answering pay or benefits questions.
- Assist with onboarding and induction for new staff.
- Help organise training sessions and keep training records.
- Be a point of contact for HR queries from staff.
- Support the HR Manager with general admin and HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Friendly, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Able to work well in a team and on your own.
