Job Title: HubSpot CRM Specialist (Contract)

Location: Woking Hybrid working

Contract: Short-term project, 4–6 weeks

Rate: £35–£45 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

My client has recently migrated from Zoho CRM and Kayako Helpdesk into HubSpot — but the setup needs some serious restructuring and cleaning. We’re looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to optimise their system, streamline their processes, and make it easy for sales, marketing, and helpdesk teams to work effectively.

You’ll take the current “just migrated” database and:

• Clean it up (remove inappropriate contacts, fix duplicates, correct marketing status, create accurate customer/prospect lists)
• Rebuild structure (company types, permissions, global views, reporting dashboards)
• Optimise integration with Helpdesk without creating unnecessary CRM clutter
• Create processes & documentation (training, onboarding manual, easy workflows for marketing and sales teams)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in HubSpot CRM administration
• Strong background in data cleaning and migration cleanup
• Understanding of Helpdesk CRM integration best practices
• Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards
• Skilled in delivering clear training and user documentation
