Job Location : Sheffield, UK
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an established and forward-thinking manufacturing business to recruit a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support its ongoing commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing Health & Safety policies, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site. You'll manage risk assessments, maintain accurate records, and play a key part in fostering a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and implement changes to Health & Safety legislation.
Lead on the development and execution of safety policies and action plans.
Support site audits, equipment compliance, and incident reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives.
About You:
NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
Proven experience (5+ years) in a Health & Safety role, ideally within manufacturing or engineering.
Strong understanding of ISO 45001 and UK H&S legislation.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
