This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world's most iconic and innovative luxury automotive manufacturers. As an HR Digital Project Specialist, you will be responsible for embedding digital change across the organisation, working closely with multiple internal and external teams at all levels.
The business already has a clear HR digital roadmap and solutions in place - including initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, travel compliance, new learning platforms, and the use of AI tools. Your role will be to ensure these, and future projects are successfully delivered, adopted, and embedded, enabling a seamless colleague experience and maximum return on investment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success.
