Job Description :
The Opportunity;My client, a leading regional organisation are looking to recruit a HR Transformation Lead on an 18 month FTC, to play a pivotal role in coordinating and embedding people change across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape transformation at both a strategic and operational level, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver lasting impact, transform ways of working, and continue making a huge difference to the communities they serve.Key Responsibilities;As HR Transformation Lead, you’ll:
  • Own and coordinate the agenda for organisational people change, ensuring initiatives are aligned, joined up, and effectively delivered.
  • Partner with thechange team, people team, and business leaders, acting as the bridge between strategy and delivery.
  • Oversee transformation activities from consultations, recruitment and communications through to training, adoption, and cultural change.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, mitigating risks and making sure changes are well-embedded and sustainable.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, drawing on feedback and data to strengthen future initiatives.
  • Ability to align change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Expertise in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive organisational success.
Ideal candidate;The ideal candidate will be an experienced change leader and HR projectprofessionalwho thrives on complexity, collaboration, and delivery. Specifically:
  • Experience in change management and/or project management, within HR, people, organisational development but can also demonstrate delivering key change projects out to the wider business.
  • A strong grasp of change management methodologies and project delivery approaches.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of managing multiple HR change projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, risk management skills with proven ability in ‘joining the dots’ across multiple transformation projects.
