HR & Training Coordinator - Blandford - Temp - up to £15.38 per hourOur client based in Blandford is seeking a HR & Training Coordinator who is passionate about learning and development. This role focuses on delivering impactful, accessible training and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal training events and manage logistics
• Maintain and improve digital learning systems
• Develop or adapt training materials with subject experts
• Track training progress and gather feedback
• Provide daily HR support to managers and staff
• Assist with onboarding, policy updates, and employee records

Key Skills:

• Experience in Human resources, coordinator procedures
• Strong interest and experience in training coordination or learning systems
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Confident with digital tools and systems
• Great communication skills and a people-focused approach
