Talented People have been asked to exclusively recruit on behalf of a well known national business in the search for their new HR Team Lead to oversee the day to day operations within an area of their business.

Job Title: HR Team Lead

Location: Bracknell – Hybrid

Salary: £44,000

This is a new role due to the growth of the business so this is one to make your own!

You might be someone who has progressed through the ranks of HR from an Administrator to an Advisor with the want to progress further into a Team Lead role or you might have experience leading an HR Team. Either will be considered!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring all actions are fair, consistent, and compliant with UK employment legislation
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of HR Administrators, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Handle escalated HR administration queries and provide guidance on day-to-day operational HR matters
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and uphold a high standard of employee experience
  • Prepare and present regular people metrics and reports, including monthly updates for senior leadership
  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and usability
  • Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing
  • Lead and deliver HR projects specific to the brand, while contributing to broader HR strategies across the business
  • Work collaboratively with wider HR teams to ensure alignment and share best practices across the organisation

About You:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent, managing complex employee relations cases
  • Background in HR administration as well as advisory to ensure the smooth management of the team
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident using HR systems and databases
  • Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • CIPD qualified
