#BelongWithUs Come and join us as a people focused and talented HR Systems & People Insights Manager and be part of a hugely successful and friendly People team.The Role: As the HR Systems & People Insights Manager, your role will be to provide accurate and insightful MI achieved by the mining, manipulation, modelling and presentation of data which drives business decisions, partnering closely with People Partners.Manage all People Systems, and includes; upgrades, legislation updates, user testing, and updating procedures. Conduct regular system gap analysis reviews and data integrity/data and process resilience analysis recommending solutions where appropriate and remediation of errors and error trends. Share knowledge and work on upskilling People Services Advisors team to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service that is offered. Financial modelling of annual salary review, Bonus and other ad-hoc People scenarios. Ensuring systems and processes are compliant. Key Responsibilities  Use data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from HR data. Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and systems based on data analysisCollaborate with HR teams and SLT to implement data-driven solutions and strategies. Help develop and maintain HR systems, policies and procedures based on data insights. Enable business decisions through data.Scenario options and modelling for: impact of bonus schemes, salary framework and ASR financial modelling, scenario analysis and evaluation of different ASR % and differentiating scales, cost modelling for People legislation for example - NI increase and threshold change.Managing system upgrades, user testing, and updating procedures. Conducting regular gap analysis reviews to ensure our people systems are properly utilised and continue to be fit-for-purpose. Sharing knowledge within the team to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service that is offeredEnsures data accuracy and integrity - resilience so no single point of failure in processes, utilising reporting tools to identify data cleansing opportunities.Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.Monitor Issue Log and make recommendations on mitigations and remedial actions, taking prompt action to improve systems and processes as required.Engage and collaborate with operational colleagues (Branches) to understand system issues or misuse and recommend changes and/or offer training as appropriate.
