A law firm in Manchester have an exciting new opportunity for a Reward Advisor / Analyst join their fabulous Reward and Benefits team.

Some of the key responsibilities are:
- To support the annual compensation review process for both global business services and fee earners, including data cleansing, salary benchmarking, modelling, and analysis.
- Conduct salary benchmarking using legal market data (e.g. salary surveys).
- Assist with the management and analysis of the firm’s benefits offerings, including flexible benefits, private medical, pensions, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain job architecture, salary bands, and role benchmarking data to support internal equity and market alignment.
- Prepare regular reporting on pay equity, gender pay gap, and other regulatory disclosures as required
- Collaborate with Finance and global HR teams to align reward activity with budgets and business plans.
- Provide insight and analysis to support recognition, retention, and total reward strategies for the firm.
- Ensure documentation and processes meet audit, compliance, and confidentiality requirements.
- Assist with participation in global salary surveys, the annual benefit renewals, including the preparation of proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents
- Maintain an awareness of market information on current and future reward related developments in the legal sector including those arising as a result of legislative changes and legal requirements
- Support with ongoing budget management for the HR department specifically in relation to reward
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with benefit consultants and account managers.
- Initial analysis of Reward and Benefit data to identify key insights and trends, and help to contextualise this
- Work closely with the HR Data & Systems team and wider HR team to execute the firm’s reward strategy.
