Robert Walters is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding your HR desk across various market verticals.

  • Approach new and existing clients to establish and nurture professional relationships
  • Utilise the current candidate database to identify potential matches for client needs
  • Grow these relationships through regular communication and understanding of candidate career goals
  • Host networking events, lunches, roundtables to connect with market leaders in the HR field
  • Work closely with the HR manager to establish and develop this market
  • Support the wider office in achieving overall business objectives

What you will bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Recruitment Consultant role will bring recruitment experience from previous roles in HR or Business Support.

  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience in an HR or Business Support recruiting position is essential
  • Proven experience in business development is required
  • Experience in a 360 recruitment position is highly desirable
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends in HR recruitment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to host networking events and connect with industry leaders
