My client, a global Insurance firm, are looking for an HR Projects professional to join their team in London on a 6 month fixed term contract. Utilize your expertise to drive strategic HR initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions.Responsibilities:

• Lead in HR transformation projects 
• Lead on HR projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish timelines.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in similar role within Financial Services is a must   
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
