- Lead in HR transformation projects
- Lead on HR projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and establish timelines.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:
