HR Project Administration - James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) : Job Details

We are currently working in partnership with a national charity, who are looking for some temporary support to complete a HR Audit Project, until the end of July 2024. The position is due to start immediately, and they are offering £14 - £15 per hour PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.

The role will be predominantly based from home, with travel required to sites across the Midlands as required for the project, so driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail oriented, and process driven. They will also have a recent DBS, be registered on the update service, or be happy to have one processed.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Project work including auditing staff personnel files, identifying which documents are on site and which are outstanding
• Scanning said documents onto a new system to ensure smooth transition to digitalised files
• Travelling to different sites as required to undertake the above processes
• Ensuring high attention to detail and quality of work at all times

Experience, skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience maintaining and updating employee files
• Meticulous, process-driven and high attention to detail
• Able to work within a team
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle essential

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week, option to work part-time hours
• Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, flexible
