??Championing a high-performance culture by partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders.
??Building excitement and buy-in across the business for their new performance approach.
??Collaborating with L&D to shape goal-setting and feedback frameworks.
??Leading the testing and refinement of performance evaluation tools.
??Creating a feedback culture that grows stronger year after year.
??Integrating DEIB and Wellbeing into every aspect of performance strategy.
??Managing communications, milestones, and success metrics to ensure seamless delivery.
