The Role
The focus of the role is on delivery and transformation and thhe successful candidate will:
- Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to embed a high-performance culture across multiple business areas and jurisdictions.
- Lead the refinement of performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms, ensuring they drive growth and development.
- Shape and embed a firmwide culture of feedback that empowers people at every level.
- Work with Learning & Development to evolve goal-setting and feedback skills.
- Integrate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Wellbeing into the new approach to ensure it reflects the firm's core values.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and milestones to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking HR professional with the ability to turn strategy into action.
You will have:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance strategies in complex, global organisations.
- A strong HRBP or generalist HR background with a commercial mindset.
- The ability to influence at senior levels and build credibility quickly.
- Strong collaboration skills to navigate complex, matrix organisations.
- An understanding of market trends in performance management, with the creativity to challenge and improve existing approaches.
