Rare term time - HR Advisor / Partner opportunity!

- Expected Hours: 21 – 22.5 hours per week
Join my Bath based client and become a pivotal part of their developing HR team. We are seeking a school-facing HR partner with a strong background in Employee Relations, Change Management, and broad Generalist HR knowledge.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop effective relationships with Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, and school staff to provide a comprehensive HR service.
- Influence the development of the organisation's culture to enhance workforce quality and performance.
- Provide solution-focused HR advice on Talent Management, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and more.
- Support leadership in safeguarding and adherence to Trust policies.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
- Manage staff resignations, exit interviews, and reference requests, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in Employee Relations and Change Management.
- Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within an educational or multi-site environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain strong relationships across various levels.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent practical experience.
