Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager or HR Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a law firm in the City overseeing the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits of the firm. This is a maternity cover of 12-15 months duration. Hybrid working. Salary to £85-90k.

You will require in-depth experience of Payroll, Pensions and Benefits as well as advanced Excel skills and the ability to provide data and reports. Attention to detail is of utmost importance.
