Reed HR are seeking a Operations & HR Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a private healthcare provider. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while managing human resources to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, appraisals, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, health and safety regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery to both private and corporate clients.
- Support the clinic’s accreditation and compliance efforts (e.g., CQC, SEQOHS, ISO standards).
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Liaise with clinical staff to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Contribute to digital and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree-level education (HR, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, ideally within healthcare.
- Proven HR management experience, including policy implementation and staff development.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks
- Health & Safety qualifications are desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with sound financial acumen.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
