Job Description :
We are partnering with a very professional Asset Management House based in the heart of the City to cover a 9-12 month maternity contract.  This is working with a small but collaborative team where each individual is very hands on! You will be responsible for supporting the European HR team in delivering high quality, seamless service to the business covering the entire employee lifecycle.  As HR Operations Manager duties include:  As HR Operations Manager duties include:  
  • Manage all administration associated with updating policy and procedures.
  • Manage all administration associated with the recruitment process, ensuring job descriptions are completed and kept updated and all appropriate approvals are in place.
  • Work with line managers and European HR team on recruitment needs; ensuring Job Description is created and logged, the role is priced and all necessary approvals are in place.
  • Create and send employment contracts and joining documentation to new hires.
  • Fully manage the onboarding and induction process including administration of background screening and right to work checks, ensuring all follow up activity is carried out accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Reviewing and updating HR workflows and procedures when required.
  • Create and maintain electronic employee records for all European employees.
  • Drive best practice use of Group HR system (Oracle HCM) throughout Europe and ensure all employee records are accurately maintained.
  • Administer all benefit schemes. Answer queries from employees and proactively deal with any issues that arise. Keep staff updated on changes to benefit schemes e.g. If legislation or level of benefit cover changes.
  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of the new ADP payroll system in conjunction with the US project team. Liaise with local stakeholders and subject matter experts as needed to ensure system is implemented correctly in each jurisdiction and retain responsibility for ensuring accurate monthly input and processing of payroll for all European employees.
  • Managing annual HR processes eg. Pay review, performance management, Engagement Surveys etc.
  • Independently manage leavers process, coordinating with all internal stakeholders and ensuring associated documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct HR interviews and exit interviews when required.
  • Administration of annual SMCR process in conjunction with Senior HR Manager.
