Salary: £14.35 ph

Hours: Hybrid working, 37.5 hours per week (3 at home, 2 in the office)

Contract lasting up to approximately 2 months with a potential to go permanent depending on the candidate and business needs moving forward.

My client is a fast-growing global organisation who are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to join their team.

This is a very exciting time to join this company and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get exposure to a busy HR function. You will ideally have experience working within a high volume, fast paced environment and have systems and admin experience.

Day to day:

• Work closely with HR & Talent team to support wider business
• Prepare new hire documentation (contracts, offer letters, etc.)
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings
• Set up new starters in HR system and keep up to date
• Schedule and conduct employee inductions or orientation sessions
• Liaise with IT and facilities for new starter equipment, system access, and workspace
• Ensure all onboarding tasks and paperwork are completed on time
• Other Adhoc HR duties to support the HR function

Ideally you will be available immediately or coming to the end of a contract role.
