HR Officer
- Annual Salary: £30-35k pa doe

- Job Type: Full-time FTC to cover a period of maternity
I am seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join my clients large HR Team within a bustling manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR practices and a passion for workforce management and employee relations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Implement and manage HR strategies that support business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Provide support and guidance to management on HR issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, OR CIPD Qualified to Level 5
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
