What will you do as an HR Officer?
- Lead and manage all HR operations across the business, supporting site managers and team leaders
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances & absences
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice
- Drive employee engagement and support a positive workplace culture
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programmes
- Support and lead change management initiatives and organisational development projects
- Maintain accurate HR records and report on key metrics
What do you need as an HR Officer?
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role
- Ideally within logistics, transport, warehousing, or a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
