Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an immediate impact? We’re working with a dynamic organisation seeking a Temporary HR Officer to join their team for an initial 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Support employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Contribute to policy updates and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
About You:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable
