Role responsibilities
- Provide business-focused, best practice HR support to multiple senior stakeholders.
- Act as the primary HR contact for Partners, Directors, and People Managers, supported by a talented HR team.
- Lead key HR calendar activities such as performance reviews, promotions, and reward processes.
- Partner with business leaders to drive forward both firm-wide and locally tailored people initiatives.
- Manage and coach a team of HR Advisors to deliver a seamless, high-quality HR service.
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound people decisions.
- Oversee employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development projects.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to leverage specialist expertise for maximum business impact.
Experience required
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a large complex and highly matrixed environment.
- Large stakeholder management experience, ideally within professional services or similar high-performing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice HR.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at Partner/Board level and drive change.
- Track record of managing high-value HR projects from conception to delivery.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
