This is an urgent requirement for an HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor Generalist to take a 6 month FTC in Central London. This role is based in the Old Street area with hybrid working paying a salary of up to £60,000.
To be considered for this 6 month FTC you will ideally be available to interview and start immediately.
The existing HR Manager is moving onto a large project, so requires a standalone HR Generalist to come and manage her day to day HR responsibilities supporting circa 100 staff members.
As an HR Generalist, you will have strong Employee Relations (ER) experience around compliance, employment law and Best Practice.
Further HR generalist experience will include recruitment, learning & development, performance management, and manager / stakeholder support.
My client operates in the Charity / Not For Profit sector and would welcome candidates with an interest or background in social impact, social charity or social enterprises. Any experience working in an FCA regulated environment could also be beneficial.
This is an urgent 6 month FTC paying £50,000 - £60,000. Based in the Old Street area, they are happy with a 50:50 hybrid split of office & home working.
