An experienced HR Manager is required to join a food manufacturing business in Wigan. This is a hands-on, fully site-based position where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping culture, strengthening HR processes, and supporting both employees and managers across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support at site level.
- Embed company culture, values, and consistent HR processes.
- Support and coach managers in performance management and people development.
- Drive consistency in job descriptions, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Play an active role in preparing the business for an upcoming group integration.
About You:
- Experienced HR professional (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor ready to step up).
- Hands-on approach with the ability to influence and develop managers.
- Experience in manufacturing, food, or fast-paced operational environments desirable.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to drive cultural and organisational change.
