HR Manager - Adele Carr Recruitment Limited : Job Details

An experienced HR Manager is required to join a food manufacturing business in Wigan. This is a hands-on, fully site-based position where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping culture, strengthening HR processes, and supporting both employees and managers across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support at site level.
• Embed company culture, values, and consistent HR processes.
• Support and coach managers in performance management and people development.
• Drive consistency in job descriptions, recruitment, and workforce planning.
• Play an active role in preparing the business for an upcoming group integration.

About You:

• Experienced HR professional (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor ready to step up).
• Hands-on approach with the ability to influence and develop managers.
• Experience in manufacturing, food, or fast-paced operational environments desirable.
• Resilient, proactive, and able to drive cultural and organisational change.
