You will act as a central pillar within the HR team, supporting the delivery of a robust, people-centred HR service.Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the HR agenda, supporting the development of your team, and leading on exciting people projects – including the implementation of a new HR system.What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage all daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with policies and legislation.
- Maintain and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee and support the HR team, fostering a collaborative and empowering culture focused on development and performance.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, contributing to the broader people strategy and operational delivery.
- Deliver accurate and timely HR reporting, ensuring governance and data integrity across the function.
- Play a key role in the implementation and embedding of a new HR system.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure service excellence across all HR touchpoints.

- CIPD qualifications are desirable, but not essential – practical, demonstrable experience is key.
