This is an opportunity as a HR Manager to join an incredibly successful SME business in their first HR role.

£65-70k + Benefits

Redditch base with hybrid working.

Reporting into the Exec team, as the HR Manager you will initially focus on ensuring that policies, procedures, staff handbook etc are all in place. However, the breadth of the role will be much broader than than. Retention of the culture is paramount to this role and organisation, as well as developing succession, talent development and well-being.

As an experienced HR Manager this will be an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the people element of this SME.
