HR Manager - West London

£55,000 - £65,000 - 6 months temp

Flexible Hybrid - 3 days in office

HR Manager responsibilities:

• Onboarding/offboarding process
• Support senior leadership with people related matters
• Analyse relevant HR data to support company productivity
• Deliver and manage the employee performance life cycle
• Ensure company policies are adhered to and up to date

HR Manager experience:

• At least 3 years generalist experience
• Ideally degree educated - CIPD qualified
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional management and organisational skills
• Preferably a background in professional services (finance, law, consultancy)
