HR Manager
Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Role is based in Hertfordshire - but with regular travel to various hubs as and when required (fuel will be paid)
Salary: up to 55k
Fast growing and driven care business are now looking for a talented HR Manager to come on board, and help establish and grow their HR function.
The role will be based at their head office but with travel to their other sites at various locations as and when required.

Typical duties include:
Strategy - working with key stakeholders and develop and implement HR strategy
HR operations - creating, overseeing and managing all HR operations from on-boarding, recruitment to leavers.
ER - managing and leading ER cases, coaching and mentoring managers
Staff engagement - devising strategy, implementing campaigns, staff surveys etc
HR analytics - collating, reporting and understanding HR metrics for future HR strategy
