Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for a varied generalist role with real impact? We're working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation based in Leeds City Centre that's seeking a confident HR Generalist to join their growing team.

Client Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck into the full employee lifecycle and work across all areas of HR. You'll be supported by a collaborative HR team and benefit from hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office).

Description

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Supporting employee relations cases including investigations and note-taking

  • Assisting with recruitment and supporting managers through the hiring process

  • Coordinating training and development initiatives

  • Keeping employee records up to date using the HRIS

  • Supporting key HR projects and process improvements

  • Helping with monthly payroll data and HR reporting

Profile

What we're looking for:
  • Previous HR generalist experience - ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • A good working knowledge of UK employment law

  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels

  • Organised, detail-oriented and a self-starter

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience
