Who We’re Looking For

You are an experienced senior HR leader who has operated at scale in a complex, multi-site organisation (minimum 3,000 employees). You have previously held roles such as HR Director or Head of HR, reporting directly into the C-Suite and holding full accountability for shaping and delivering the HR strategy.

You bring a proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary HR teams through organisational change, growth, and transformation. Crucially, you are not only capable of designing strategic change, but also implementing it and seeing it through to successful delivery. Your expertise spans organisational design, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and diversity, equity & inclusion. You are an influential and collaborative leader, skilled at building strong relationships, advising senior stakeholders, and embedding a high-performance and inclusive culture.

You are comfortable operating in unionised, multi-site environments and ideally have experience of working with trade unions, managing TUPE transfers, and overseeing the implementation of HR systems. Sector experience is not essential; what matters is your strategic capability, operational resilience, and proven ability to lead people-centred change from planning through to full implementation.
