Temporary Vacancy – HR Data Specialist

Duration: Until March 2026 (may extend)

Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: £13.87 (£15.54 including holiday pay)

Location: Leavesden, WD25 (hybrid, 2/3 days in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Accurately process employee data changes in line with payroll deadlines.
• Manage and resolve queries via the Oracle RightNow system within SLA targets.
• Conduct regular data cleansing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support system upgrades and undertake user acceptance testing.
• Ensure all activities comply with UK legislation, GDPR, and Skanska’s Code of Conduct.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience with HR Information Systems (iTrent preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Due to the nature of the role, we require candidates who are available for an immediate start or candidates on very short notice periods.
