HR Data Manager, £65,000 Per Annum, Manchester
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with a leading global professional services business who are looking for a HR Data Manager to join and lead their growing and dynamic team.
Main duties include:
- Championing data integrity across HR systems, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data through regular audits and issue resolution.
- Designing and developing visually engaging HR dashboards and reporting tools to clearly communicate key workforce metrics.
- Driving strategic HR initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex issues and support informed decision-making.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, proactively introducing improvements to analytics strategies and tools.
- Conducting data analysis to uncover trends and providing actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
- Leading HR projects with a focus on integrating data insights into planning and execution phases.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Expert Power BI skills, with the ability to design insightful data visualisations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse large and complex data sets.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or lead data analyst role, ideally within an HR function.
- A proven track record in HR analytics leadership, with a deep understanding of HR processes, data governance, and a history of driving innovation through analytics.
- Proven ability to lead teams or work independently, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences across all levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and applying creative solutions to drive impact.
