Dynamite Recruitments client, who are a globally recognised company in their field are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. This role is based in St Ives but will require travel within the UK (mainly Wimbledon, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire) and possibly Europe which will require staying away from home. A full, clean driving licence and valid passport are required This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in HR operations across the business. The successful candidate will be the go-to HR contact for employees and managers, responsible for:
- Coordinating day-to-day HR activities such as onboarding, induction, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Partnering with managers and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 1–2 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ideally, CIPD Level 3 or above.
- A genuine interest in HR operations
