HR Coordinator – Milton Park, South Oxfordshire Location: Milton Park (Hybrid working – 3 days in office)Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £30-35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
Reed HR Oxfordshire is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation based in Milton Park in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in HR who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across UK and European teams
- Manage employee data and lifecycle processes using BambooHR
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including right to work checks and induction coordination
- Produce contracts, letters, and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Liaise with Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth monthly payroll operations
- Administer employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and salary sacrifice schemes
- Ensure compliance with UK immigration rules, including visa monitoring and sponsorship applications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to support HR projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Previous HR administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with an HR system (e.g. BambooHR)
- Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially and professionally
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards
- Experience automating HR processes using a HRIS
