HR Coordinator – Milton Park, South Oxfordshire Location: Milton Park (Hybrid working – 3 days in office)Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £30-35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits 

Reed HR Oxfordshire is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking organisation based in Milton Park in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in HR who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across UK and European teams
  • Manage employee data and lifecycle processes using BambooHR
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including right to work checks and induction coordination
  • Produce contracts, letters, and maintain accurate HR documentation
  • Liaise with Finance and external payroll providers to ensure smooth monthly payroll operations
  • Administer employee benefits including pensions, healthcare, and salary sacrifice schemes
  • Ensure compliance with UK immigration rules, including visa monitoring and sponsorship applications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to support HR projects and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Previous HR administrative experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with an HR system (e.g. BambooHR)
  • Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially and professionally

Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards
  • Experience automating HR processes using a HRIS
