We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR function in West Malling.

Salary: £28,000Location: West MallingContract: Initially 3 months, potential to be extended or made perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain HR records and systems
• Assist with payroll and absence tracking
• Provide first-line HR support to managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment law
