We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven HR Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance across a range of HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with current legislation.
- Support clients or departments with employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Lead or support HR projects such as restructures, change management, and workforce planning.
- Deliver training and coaching to managers on HR topics.
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with recruitment strategies, talent management, and retention planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a consultancy environment is a plus.
