HR Consultant - InvitISE Ltd : Job Details

We are seeking a HR Consultant for our Education client based in Stockton on an initial 7 month contract paying between £31,900 to £40,500 + great benefits depending on experience.

This role allows flexible working & hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

• HR advise
• HR Support
• Grievance, performance, staff disciplinary, absence management, exit interviews
• staff development
• staff appraisals processes
• policy & procedure recommendations
• Managing complex Employee Relations (ER) cases,
• Education sector experience is desired
• Safeguarding experience is of an advantage
