A fast-growing, entrepreneurial business that's expanding at pace and now looking for HRBP to join the team. This is a brand-new role and a key part of the wider people function.
You'll be supporting a recently acquired part of the business, working directly with the founders to bring them into the wider matrix. It's a broad generalist role, but the focus will be on building strong relationships with stakeholders, driving people projects and contributing to the UK team's wider initiatives.
Because the business is evolving quickly, you'll need to think on your feet, anticipate what your stakeholders need before they ask, and understand the ripple effect your work has across the business. It's a role with plenty of autonomy, so you'll need to bring credibility, emotional intelligence and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders, including the C-Suite.
The role will be based out of the head office in Hammersmith, with weekly travel to the new Crawley site to support the local team which can be expensed.
