Our client, a fast-growing, high-profile business in the digital infrastructure sector is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its London team in a senior, high-impact role.

The Role

As a senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Leadership Team, supporting managers and employees across the business with a wide range of strategic and operational HR initiatives.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices, promoting fairness and compliance, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

This is a high-visibility role with significant scope to influence and drive change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to leaders and teams
• Lead on complex employee relations cases and organisational change initiatives
• Coach and influence senior stakeholders to embed a high-performance culture
• Deliver HR strategies that support business growth and workforce development
• Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and effectively
• Support talent, engagement, and succession planning initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience as a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent
• A commercial, pragmatic approach and ability to work at pace
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
• High levels of resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
