PageGroup are delighted to partner with a highly successful, rapidly growing, well recognised, national organisation to appoint for a HR Business Partner to join a busy People function.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days on-site and 2 home per week (business needs dependent).

This is a multi-site role, covering the Midlands region - flexibility to travel around the sites will be required

Description

The role of HR Business Partner will be a pivotal role within a large People function. This is a very exciting time for the organisation, experiencing rapid growth.

The role will support a national People function with a wide variety of HR task but with a focus on management of multiple HR/OD projects alongside overseeing complex employee relations cases.

You will partner with a wide varied of stakeholders including operational leadership, Senior HR Business Partners and centres of excellence within the wider people function to effective manage and deliver a wide varied of HR/OD projects.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven HR Business partnering background with significant exposure to project management, ideally with a strength in OD.

You will be proactive at collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
