Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, you'll provide high-quality guidance on all HR matters including employee relations, recruitment, absence management, performance, and workforce planning. You'll lead one of the core HR functions-Recruitment, Absence, or Employee Relations-on a rotational basis and work closely with managers, trade unions, and other stakeholders to deliver effective people management solutions. You'll also contribute to policy development, HR metrics analysis, and organisational change initiatives.What you'll need to succeed
