KM4HR are exclusively recruiting a HR Business Partner for a high growth, service led organisation based in the Northern region of Germany. This role is perfect for an existing HRBP looking for a hands-on role delivering a mix of both senior operational and strategic responsibilities.
This role has been created to provide operational support to c.100-150 employees with adhoc strategic support for the senior leadership team. Experience of work councils and mergers and acquisitions is highly desired.
With the business focussed on growth to strengthen the company portfolio, you will lead the employee lifecycle covering all aspects of employee relations through policy review to supporting the onboarding and alignment of staff hires and transfers, TUPEs and redundancies.
Other areas you will be involved in include HR projects covering HR audits/reviews, employee experience, engagement & culture management.
Ideally having worked in similar, fast paced SME businesses you will be driven to perform at the highest standard and be willing to put yourself in the middle of all HR related tasks. Whilst this is a standalone role you do have the full support of the Board and will be given access to every tool needed in order to deliver the HR function successfully.
Working within an evolving business you should expect that your role will also take on additional responsibility as the company grows.
This is a remote first position with occasional travel needed to the Northern German area.
Salary : 75000 - 85000
