Resourcing4HR are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to drive the People agenda and support retail operations across the South for our client, a successful, brand-led retail business who are actively investing for future growth.
Reporting to the Lead Retail HR Business Partner, and working as part of a wider HR team, this role involves partnering directly with the Divisional Operations Director and their team to develop and deliver effective HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
