Your new role
- Partnering with all areas of the business on a variety of HR and ER issues
- Act as trusted partner to Managers, providing professional data led advice which is in line with the People strategy
- Work with the business in the delivery of the HR strategy to meet organisational and HR objectives
What you’ll need to succeed
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Significant experience of handling a variety of ER matters
- Strong stakeholder management skills
