HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational support to our leaders and managers. This role is crucial in acting as a change agent and supporting the implementation of our People Strategy and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance organisational performance and transformation.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Develop a deep understanding of corporate strategies and support the achievement of organisational goals through effective HR business partnering.
- Provide proactive, responsive HR services by understanding the designated business area's operational strategies and external threats.
- Train and coach leaders and managers to enhance their people management skills, aligning with the organisation's culture, values, and behaviours.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning to address strategic and operational needs.
- Offer guidance and support in complex employee relations cases, ensuring adherence to policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate the preparation of documentation for employment tribunals and provide support during hearings.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and maintain a case management system, ensuring consistent employee relations support across the organisation.
- Produce high-quality reports tailored to the audience and subject matter.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Chartered MCIPD or equivalent level of experience.
- Proven HR Business Partner experience, both strategic and operational.
- Strong experience in leading business change/transformation programmes, including knowledge of TUPE regulations.
- Demonstrable ability to support managers with complex employee relations casework.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, equality, diversity and inclusion, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and ability to travel as necessary for the role.
