Salary: Up to £37,000 p/a
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentCoordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
Maintain CV and interview logs, gather feedback, and manage Recruitment Status Forms (RSFs)
Administer the trainee scheme and intern recruitment processes
Develop and manage comprehensive on boarding schedules, including buddy assignments
Oversee all pre-employment checks (right to work, references, DBS, etc.)
Conduct new joiner check-ins and manage leaver administration
Collate and submit monthly payroll changes in collaboration with Finance
Maintain accurate HRIS data (Hibob), including holiday approval and benefit tracking
Respond to payroll and holiday queries in a timely manner
Draft contracts, offer letters and other employee documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and support the probation and sick leave processes
Prepare regular HR reports and business updates
Support the organisation of events, internal recognition schemes (e.g., High Fives), and employee surveys
Help organise HR-related social events, leaver speeches, and other cultural touch points
The ideal candidate will:
Previous experience in HR administration
CIPD Level 3 qualified or working toward it (desirable)
Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
