About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to provide operational and administrative support across all areas of HR. This is a broad and varied role, working closely with HR Business Partners and other team members to ensure a seamless experience for employees and an efficient HR function.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee lifecycle administration (contracts, changes, leavers, etc.)
Maintain and update the HR database (Cascade) and other HR systems
Organise and support meetings, interviews, and training sessions
Take minutes at meetings and handle confidential HR correspondence
Assist with reporting, policy updates, and ongoing HR projects
Coordinate exit processes and support the onboarding of new joiners
Work collaboratively across the team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or strong Administrator
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems (experience with Cascade is a bonus)
A collaborative and professional approach with a high level of discretion
CIPD qualification (part or full) is desirable but not essential
