HR Assistant - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Sheffield based leading business, seeking an HR Assistant to join their team for 12 month fixed term contract on a full-time basis.

As a HR Assistant, you will report into the HR Manager and act as the first point for general HR enquires and requests. As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities including:

• Managing the HR inbox and escalating HR issues to the relevant team member
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries 
• Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
• Adding new starters to the HRIS
• Advising employees on holiday entitlement
• Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers 
• Liaising with payroll and sending new starter information around pension enrolment
